This 5-day safari takes you through the west and southwest of Uganda, offering a combination of wildlife in Queen Elizabeth National Park and the unforgettable experience of gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Entebbe Airport for your bush flight to Kasese Airstrip. Arriving around 10:00 am, you'll be transferred to your safari lodge for check-in and lunch. Enjoy a light game drive with the chance to spot elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, and more before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Embark on a thrilling game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park, spotting wildlife such as lions, buffaloes, and elephants. Afterward, visit the crater area for some photography and craft shopping. In the afternoon, take a boat ride along the Kazinga Channel, where you can view hippos, Nile crocodiles, and various bird species before returning to your lodge for the night.

After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing through the scenic Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions. Stop for a traditional lunch at Savannah Resort Kihihi before continuing on to Bwindi for dinner and overnight stay.

This is the highlight of your adventure! After attending a briefing at the park headquarters, embark on a trek through the forest in search of mountain gorillas. Spend an hour with these gentle giants, observing them as they feed, rest, and interact. In the afternoon, visit the local Batwa pygmies to learn about their culture before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Get our early morning to kihihi Airstrip. Check – in is one hour before the flight. The flight leaves at about 09:45am (although is subject to changes) and arrives at Entebbe at about 11:25 earlier or later. Depending on your flight schedule, you either enjoy a tour of Entebbe town, before being transferred to a nice restaurant for lunch or right way check- in.
